The Range - Woodside Retail Park, Sheffield

Popped into the new range store situated on Chesterfield road where homebase used to be the garden centre is still homebase i believe i am a big fan of the range but this store apart from range products as wilco also its not my favourite branch but its nearby which is mega handy as I love their pictures managed to treat myself to one definitely will visit again nice staff and goods fairly priced throughout

1st class. Friendly helpful members of staff. Special mention for Joel, he loaded 12 bags of stones onto a trolley, pushed it through the store and loaded into my car. Thank you Much friendlier and helpful than wickes, also cheaper.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the store is in a poor state, it was dated and in need of a refresh under Homebase yet The Range haven’t done any of this. Just after opening the aisles were still full of cages and stock boxes, I know time can be tight but it’s not an amazing shopping experience. Also the toilets haven’t been reopened from after Homebase closed them and they are covered up. A store this size really needs them opening and functioning, all they need is the stock removing from in front of them and the doors unlocking.

A THANK YOU just for OYIN. She is attentive, happy, kind and professional. We need more people like Oyin. I also see the store is dreadfully understaffed and really needs more people. It is unfair to run a shop of this size and expect the staff you do have to function. Take Care and see you all soon

I rarely give negative reviews. The store was fantastic when it first opened. It had fully stocked shelves and prices displayed on the shelves. Now the shelves are often empty and the prices aren’t displayed.
