Nice smaller branch of sainsbury's very well stocked situated on busy main road in very popular area staff very nice and helpful can get most things there 😀 it's a very busy popular shop parking is free but limited time stay can't get everything there but newspapers magazines dairy frozen ready meals fruit and vegetables bread cakes biscuits fresh meat eggs good choice of wine etc etc etc and lottery if that's your thing 😀

Very poor customer service. Contact store with a query your met by rude arrogant and abrasive staff who insist your in the wrong, avoid this branch at all costs, staff are very rude and their online behaviour is worrying too, avoid this store and staff

Awful customer service, which I can see is a shared experience for all. Absolute mess of a store, stock strewn everywhere, outdated promotions and incorrect labels.Harassed by security and a manager named Steven who is an embarrassment to the whole company not an ounce of professionalism all round. My partner and I were bullied out of the shop, and at this point they turned on their cameras after already being incredibly rude . Do not go here if you look any different, have any disabilities or anything that separates you out. Highly discriminatory. Their excuse was that they had a lot of shop lifters, if you can’t stop them in such a small shop your in the wrong job, and scaring customers away is not the answer

Well stocked. Nicest staff. I remember the first time going and I picked out random strawberries. They looked at them, told me they were damaged and picked out nicer ones for me. It was so unexpected!

Unlike Tesco’s Local down the road, this local shop doesn’t have one-way lanes. Nor does it offer anti-viral wipe down of baskets. The staff are fantastic - all working so hard to keep the shelves full. In particular, there’s a guy called Steve who is really helpful.
