We like a Dominos once a month but this particular store seems to have a significant turnaround of staff, the food is very hit and miss expecially the nachos! For the price you would expect better.
Ordered take away. Delicious pizzas, really friendly staff and service was as quick as possible.
Absolutely shocking service. I ordered on the app, clear as crystal instructions yet they still missed the Chicken off a Chicken pizza! I contacted customer service as soon as we got home and noticed the mistake but apparently because I didn't call the store and travel a further 40 minutes I'm not entitled to compensation for my incorrect order, haha. The food is very expensive for what you get but it's a nice treat once in a while but after this I'll take my custom elsewhere! I've never heard anything so ludicrous. Money grabbers. Will not be going back!
Dreadful. I don't order from Dominos very often because they have always been consistently poor. Ordered on a Thursday night. Food arrived very quickly. Pizza was barely cooked, it was warm and sloppy. It always feels like Domino's just need to keep their pizzas in the oven for another 5 mins. Barely any cheese on top. Pepperoni was barely cooked. The whole thing just fell apart as soon as you picked it up because nothing on it had been cooked for more than 30 seconds. I asked for an additional topping of "Peppers" which had been thrown on by what appears to be a disgruntled employee, angry and the very notion that they had to do more than 5 seconds work preparing my pizza The "fries" were an abomination, seriously they were the worst chips I've ever seen. Domino's, if you're reading this: get a fryer, you can't be selling oven chips as a feature. The chips were barely cooked, soggy and blatantly done in an oven for about 30 seconds. Terrible. Don't order their chips, just don't do it. You remember how bad their potato wedges are? (soggy, barely warm and clearly thrown through an oven for 8 seconds), yeah the "Fries" are way worse. I didn't bother ringing to complain. What's the point? All in all, massively overpriced and very poor. Exactly the Domino's experience I've come to expect. So they are consistent, I'll give them that.
Has gone downhill lately - change of staff maybe? Take out arrived nearly an hour late and barely warm. Gave them another chance and ordered again, hardly any cheese on a cheese and tomato pizza. Hope they go back to their usual standards soon
