Came in on boxing day and staff were really lovely thanks! As for the company it is so incredibly expensive for lack of quality products, very money hungry. Try lowering the prices and not charging extra for alternative milks
Standard sized Costa In the middle of the town. Staff are friendly and tables were cleared quite quickly. Coffee is good and average price for the area.
Not sure if there is a new manager but the staff are much more relaxed and therefore friendlier. To lady's that look after me and my emotional support dog goofy are fantastic. Real credit to the store is the day in question was monday 8th September 16.00
The frappe from here was mostly unblended ice, very disappointing. The lights were almost all turned off, very overpriced too. Edit: Had my drink remade and it was substantially better, the staff were apologetic, the overall value for money is still poor however as the shop feels dingy and run down.
Great branch in Otley! Serves their customers with personalised excellence. Remembers people and know how they like their coffee. Can’t fault the staff who work here day to day
