Looked very tired. Needed a good clean, lights covered in dust, bits on the floor all round the table.
My 78yr old dad kindly treated us to breakfast.only when I opened up this toastie this is what I found. For the price you charge for what you get its absolutely disgusting, no taste 1 side is just bread not toasted.This is not how you advertise on your website so unfortunately you won't know until it arrives. If anyone is thinking of ordering this think again and save your money. Disappointed.
We love their choice of hot and cold drinks. Good quality but huge queues always...We love this place but can't deny lack of staff leads to dirty tables full of trays and cups from previous customers especially on the first level.
Customer service here is unparalleled. Always a warm welcome . And i cant thank the staff enough for their hospitality during recent trying times.
Best Costa Store Ever (trust me, I travel up and down country loads)! This is due to the amazing service levels provided by staff members Karl, El, Laura & Kintia.
