I wanted to buy a Coke Crisp and they wanted me 5.05 pounds. But the poster there said it was 2.50 pounds. Are you a thief?

Ordered a kit kat frappe. Should of had a Free kit kat bunny as per sign, but was not given one. Went back to counter only to be told that the had sold out. I was given a single after eight mint instead. Very poor service.

The staff are nice and try to help, but they is no provision for vegans. You don't have to advertise that it's vegan if you think that it would put customers off, but when asked, you could offer the vegan alternatives. Also the food tends to be of poor nutritional value, when people are traveling long distances nutrition is necessary. I only buy drinks here, my go too for fast food is firstly Pret a Manger, if one is available, then Greg's because they support me so I support them, then Burger King, because they do the most gorgeous vegan Burger.

Arrived last night at just after 9.30pm, to be told that they were closed but would be serving again in 15-20 minutes. So we sat down, waited as the two female staff played on their phones, took a cage of rubbish out, came back for the till drawer and came back a few minutes later, before hanging around logging the till back on. A male member of staff then took over. Half an hour later we were able to get a drink. Really not acceptable service in view of the premium price.

Stopped in for a coconut flat white today, it’s one of the nicest I’ve ever had! I work for Costa too so of course have expectations of how it should be and it was spot on! Both ladies who were serving seemed very friendly too ☺️
