Costa Coffee

Popped in for a couple of cappuccinos. Coffee was fantastic as usual 👌 staff welcoming, polite, and friendly. I've given three stars 🌟 🌟🌟 only because we found that the interior, like most Costa cafes these days, was tired 😫 and needs a refurbishment. All four easy chairs were, lets say, passed their sell by date due to dirt and staining. The tables were clean, yet we had to sit at three before we actually had one that didn't wobble. Get it sorted COSTA....

Poor service, little or no interaction from the two young staff. Seemed more interested in chatting to each other rather than serve me my coffee, the fella just plonked it on the counter after making me wait ages. This is the problem when you have young people running a customer service based business. Will never come here again.

Not very good, it took three goes before the staff got our drinks right, the Barrister thought she had done good I wasn't the only person who complained while were there...

Coffee and service as good as any other Costa. Only let down was the general decor of the cafe. Could do with some money spending on furnishings and decoration.

The staff were superbly helpful when I was deciding what drink I wanted, detailing to me what was in different ones! I did not have to wait long for my berry iced drink to be made and it had a mouth watering level of taste, for which the ice did not melt too quickly. The price was reasonable too and I had a comfortable seat at a table that was lacking any damage, alongside being kept fully clean.
