Super helpful. Had a call to let me know my item had arrived. When I collected, the polystyrene boards were too big for my car! I asked the warehouse chap if he could cut them in half and he said yes of course, no hesitation, no complaints! So helpful thank you. I’ll measure the car next time! 😂

I am joiner / builder of over 35 years experience and I just wanted to say what an absolute pleasure it is dealing with this company. The staff are always friendly and willing to help load up or whatever. It really makes a change from other builders merchants I have used . Well done and keep it up. They are really well stocked and knowledgeable and their prices arent too bad either.

I ordered on the app hoping to save time. Finished up going before I got a confirmation text as I was now late. I’ll never know when I would have got the text but screwfix it is not. Could be ok for deliveries but for collection, just join the queue. Your reply says you don’t think my review reflects the service I received but I didn’t receive a service, I finished up ordering through the counter because nothing had been made ready. You admit to ‘keying my order through after 08.30’ yet the branch opens at 07.00 so I would be intrigued to know what service I received. I have used your branches since 1981 without complaint but the online ordering is, at the moment, just giving early risers false hope.

An order of 'extras' for self building a Shepherds Hut. Nice to use a local company and delivery in 3 days is pretty prompt with a confirmation phone call in advance (not automated emails or an App!!). Delivery driver moaned about accessing with a 6 wheeler on narrow lanes. But very good all round and will happily use again :)
