Ordered some top soil last minute but was delivered next day , also needed on upper level of lawn and delivery driver was great at positioning it for us with hiab saved us a lot of work later

Great service. Ordered online, local branch called the next day to discuss order - didn’t quite have what I had ordered but we had a little chat and agreed alternatives - which was excellent customer service - really seemed to care about getting everything right. Delivery prompt and trouble free. Used before when was Baildon Timber - would say they are even better now! Will definitely use again and would totally recommend.

After being majorly let down by one of the big nationals who rang me the day before delivery to say they no longer have what I ordered in stock (despite me ordering and paying for it over 4 weeks prior) I turned to Baildon Timber. They delivered to me the day after I ordered!! Really good quality timber, straight and true pieces. I should of used them in the first place. Thanks so much guys, you really saved my bacon!
