I popped in recently to see if they had something I need to complete a job locally. One guy was was outside talking about a up and coming football match .I was not even acknowledge on entering or leaving the store . The other guy just sat behind the counter eating and turning his gateway when any eye contact was close . So much for customer service

Cleanest builders merchants toilet I've ever seen. Well done. Makes a nice change and they had in stock what I needed.
