Although Boots in Pickering is a small branch it has most things that you need and if you order something it will come in the next day. Staff always very helpful and friendly. A good place to shop 😄
Pickering Boots is a small shop but has amazing customer service, the ladies that work there are just the best ever nothing is ever too much trouble, Thank you for all you do.
Rude woman that served me. Maybe if you hate people you shouldn't be in customer service. Told me I'd not receive confirmation of a refund on an online order return. 5 minutes later I did. Learn how to be a person and learn what the processes are within the company you work for
Needed a hairdryer after mine blew up! Thought I would have to order online and wait, but no, boots at pickering had just the one I wanted and other choices, so thankyou Boots ( and the staff are lovely).!
