Admiral Casino: Pontefract

First time in here and from the start no staff on the floor , played a machine for 5 minutes then when needed change the machine wouldn't accept notes . Kept looking for staff and eventually asked another customer if there was any staff working was told shout in the back . Someone then came walking out of the back, I told him about the change machine and he said put it in a machine ,take the coupon and put that in the change machine, very professional. The machine i played took £54 in 15 minutes and never offered a hold or nudge , when I mentioned this to the staff he just ok. No wonder the place was empty , I will not be returning and will be reporting this shop .

Some of the staff are absolutley vile Shaun is so unprofessional the way he talks on the shop floor infront of customers is so wrong especially about other women staff. Smells of stale smoke all the time and BO much rather go to cashino and that’s saying something. Always check to see who’s on before entering much more pleasant experience if Ellie and Shaun arnt on hopefully it improves

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here shaun the on duty manager needs a promotion so attentive told me all promotion that the place has to offer made me a mocha and had a fantastic chat with me made me feel so special as if I was the only one there with all the attention felt like the queen would highly recommend

I phoned last week and spoke to shaun brilliant experience ❤️
