Never enjoyed my slot experience this much until I came here josh the staff can not do enough he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your visit here from drinks coffee snacks and just been polite and friendly making sure your ok and set up on your machine to enjoy your visit i would give more than 5 stars if I could top place and the best staff that is josh thank you
It is many years since I've been into Pontefract and the amusements. I think it used to be Teddy's. A pleasant time.
I've been enjoying my time un this venue until it got a manager who lies makes things up, writes complaint letters and puts customer's names on them and the area manager does nothing even though he knows the truth when people have complained about it, be very warey about this place its not a very nice atmosphere at anytime
