If you want to be pushed out of your comfort zone & towards your fitness goals in a fun & friendly environment whether in a class, PT or open gym this is the place for you! The whole team go out of their way to offer support & keep you motivated (they even put up with my whinging 🤣) No clicks here, everyone's welcome, its more like a family so you won't be a stranger for long. They cater for all ages, shapes, sizes & abilities, even have parents club classes for those without childcare. Great gym, great atmosphere, great people 🖤💚
Absolute first class setup down here, the knowledge and professionalism of the staff is second to none. No matter your level of fitness the guys down here have you covered with everything for complete first timers to athletes getting ready to compete against the very best. It really is the full package, not just a gym but a complete health and fitness center covering both diet and exercise as well as great support from all the other members... I can't recommend it enough!!
Super gym, was amazing during lockdown when small groups could be held outside. Covid precautions followed. Once allowed inside the group classes were well thought out and different each week and pushed people when/if needed. Super friendly guys and very knowledgeable. I haven’t done the shred dietary plan yet but from who I know who have have LOVED it and the results speak for themselves. I am a qualified instructor and even I was pushed to my limits which I love.
Brilliant gym. Brilliant PTs. Always do their best for customer. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gym clean. Always polite and willing to help. Great for all the family. Would highly recommend to anybody.
