I was invited to Reyt Sauna by a friend and had never experienced contrast therapy before…and I absolutely loved it!! We now go as group of friends on a regular basis which is also a great opportunity for us to catch up! The whole experience is fab and Nat who runs it is so friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable! I’ve just signed up to the monthly membership as I love going that much and it will ensure I take a break from the hectic daily life and make the time for me! I love the buzz…the sense of achievement…the benefits and the amazing sleep I always have that night! Love the Full Moon event too! Give it a try…it’s a Reyt Sauna!! 😀
