We had a party for my son’s birthday on 04/01/026, having hosted and attended many parties here before, this experience was unexpectedly poor. Staff were unapproachable and offered very little guidance, leaving us unsure how the party was meant to run. There was multiple changes with food organisation throughout with very little guidance, creating more stress than necessary. Basic support had to be requested, including calling the children to eat, lighting the cake, and music arrangements, even though when asked on the phone if a staff member would coordinate this I was told yes. The focus appeared to be on taking payment at the start rather than providing a welcoming, organised experience. In previous experiences payment was always taken at the end. The lack of communication and information was very poor. Despite informing staff that not all children would attend, payment was insisted to be taken upfront, resulting in us paying for children who did not come. This also led to an excessive amount of wasted food, which many parents commented on. Overall, the party lacked the friendliness, organisation, and support expected for a children’s event. It was disappointing on what should have been a special day. I hope this feedback is taken on board to improve future parties.

Decent facility, invested in the bar which is nice now. Kids play area to keep the little ones entertained too. Freezing in the winter though so wear skins! Car parking is the weakest link. Outside is limited and tight, the overflow is terrible, huge ruts and certain to damage a number of cars, especially when it’s rained and huge puddles form.

I had my son's 6th birthday party here, and the whole process was so easy to book. The staff were incredibly efficient and lovely throughout the day. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the team communicated with me all the way through the party. I would definitely book again! Thank you for helping make the day so special for my son—keep up the great work!

We took a party of children with additional needs (Williams syndrome) along with their parents, grandparents and carers so they could enjoy the freedom of soft play together. The play areas were very clean, the food was lovely and the staff were so attentive and organised. It was a lovely afternoon and many thanks to the staff. This was out second visit and we wouldn't hesitate to re-book.

A fantastic place. Had my little boys 3rd birthday party here and they took all the stress away. The play area is great lovely and clean as well. Food was fantastic for the kids. Staff were lovely especially Noah who was our party coordinator. Would definitely have a party here again.
