A family member came with her 2 boys for the fun session on Tuesday, she was treated with an attitude straight away with a man on reception. When she went to the pool she was made uncomfortable as he was staring at her and whispering about her to other members of staff. The man and the women who was working were both rude towards her and other of the public who were there at the time. Disgusting behaviour! Don’t work in a public place if you can’t be nice. Learn how to SMILE!!!!!!

Nice pool , went during school holidays but limited public times now.Early mornings,length swim or after 3. Ample changing space and lockers. Only 1 hairdryer though.

I've visited a few times here to give the place the benefit of the doubt but it never gets any better. The last time I went, the place smelt like fish and some of the staff are rude. The only positive I will say is that the water is nice and warm.

Disgusting 2 of the staff members need a major training day on how to treat the people who are paying for their jobs ,life gaurd it says on the back of one of them who spends more time round the back of the pool smoking and playing on their phones ,just why is there so many staff that they can find time to walk about outside all day and not be beside the pool doing their job
