Tiny shop, mediocre selection of games, staff were more interested in chatting to people causing the narrow gap between counter and shelves to become blocked with customers trying to get past. Also not the staff or shops fault but the day I was in some customers were particularly ignorant and others just had nowhere to maneuver.

Scammers I went to see a game , they took out the game and said that it was not there when it definitely was because I seen him in the shop take it out so do not go to Cex or make sure you take pictures of the game in it when out side the shop

The staff have been friendly when I've been in and traded games. It would be better if the store moved into a bigger unit as they would probably stock more and have more room for serving customers as it just feels too small.

We decided to buy a game console for our grandchildren and did not want to buy new if we could. We went into the Redcar branch 03/03/20 and asked advice from a young man and woman behind the counter. They were just the most helpful staff we have encountered for ages, as we were unsure what to buy they helped us through the whole process and wether the games were age appropriate for our kids. Excellent staff and a real pleasant experience....keep it up.....Mr and Mrs Gordon Redcar....

Called in today. Issue with my phone. They were absolutely brilliant. Not only checked my phone but explained why I had the problem. And I didn’t even buy the phone there. Top staff. Recommend 100%
