Some of the assistants need to go on a course on how to be nice to customers one in particular Kipper lips! alot of the staff so helpful and kind.

Good store well stocked. Quick through checkouts. Usually easy parking on site

Last year I had a stroke and struggled to get about. My confidence was shot. I went to Aldi today and was told by the checkout operator I can no longer use my walking aide to collect my shopping. Apparently they have baskets with wheels on I HAVE to use them in future. I told her as my balance is not great I can't pull them along she said you have to so I told her I will shop elsewhere don't worry about it fuming isn't in. Shame they don't stop the shop lifters instead of harassing honest disabled people

Good selection of products at great prices Always some nice surprises in the middle aisle and the checkouts are quick and efficient

The layout of the store is nice and bright since the refurbishment, which is an improvement. And I have always liked shopping here. The thing which ruined my shopping experience recently was the woman assistant who was at the self service tills. She was far too busy having a gossip with a colleague on her headset than providing good customer service. A problem arose with an item not scanning, and she continued talking to her colleague while trying to put the till right - making me feel as if I had inconveniently interrupted the conversation. Customer service is usually good here, but this experience really annoyed me
