Walked in to go upstairs and when we summoned the lift if was full of clothes couldn't use it till we got a staff member to move them for us. Using the disability lift as a clothes storage really is a new low

Really helpful lad on the shoes section. Good advice and really good insight. My only gripe was the outdated music. Can they not afford Spotify! Seems far better at the shop in Newcastle. Thanks for the great customer service (didn't get your name!).

Worst sports direct ive been in. Went upstairs. Not one member of staff up there at nearly 10am on a sat morning. Changing room closed. Till closed. Went down stairs staff chatting on the stairs, spoke to x2 members of staff, a female first then a young man with no customer service skills. Stood there like a dummy, lost my money today, obviously your staff don't want to work Saturdays probably chatting about a fri night out
