For eighteen years Sandra and Colin have devoted their lives to providing the very best of hospitality for all who cross their threshold. Their property is a listed building steep in history, which they have lovingly restored and sympathetically decorated. Situated very close to the centre of Richmond it is a great place to choose to stay for any reason.

Superb care and attention free m helpful but not over-friendly hosts. Just right. Beautifully restored house and bedroom carefully created for maximum comfort and convenience. Small bathroom immaculately clean complete with complementary toiletries . Breakfast choices very varied - lots of choice - brilliantly cooked, presented and served. The most excellent bed and breakfast. Would return to Richmond just for the pleasure of staying there.

WOW! What a fantastic B&B in the heart of Richmond. On arrival we were met by Colin (the owner) who made us feel at home straight away. He showed us to our room were he explained everything we needed. You get your own key to the property so you can come and go whenever you want. Breakfast was amazing and Sandra couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning to both Wilance guest house and the charming town of Richmond.

Would highly recommend. Great breakfast choice and a fantastic location.
