The Kings Head Hotel

We stayed for two nights with friends. A beautiful old building centrally located for exploring Richmond and both rooms were lovely. Nice toiletries and a selection of teas with a coffee machine. The star of this establishment has to be the staff though. Laura in particular looked after us extremely well - insisting on squeezing us in for a meal on our first night as we were residents even though the restaurant was busy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the King's head Richmond. The staff we're very welcoming providing a professional friendly service nothing was too much trouble. Our room was warm comfortable and very quiet perfect for a great night's sleep. We had an evening meal & Sunday lunch both meals very nice especially the Sunday lunch. The service on the Sunday was faultless all the staff we're extremely friendly and gave excellent service. Amy & Millie looked after us and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They made us feel very comfortable and offered perfect service. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely room with everything you'll need, from biscuits to water, coffee, a radio and a tv to pass the time. Fantastic food from the starter to the wine! Great service with a genuine smile and they couldn't have been more professional or friendly. Highly recommended 👌... I will be returning.

First time we have had our christmas dinner out and chose here from a recommendation. We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the Kings Head for the amazing service. The staff were brilliant, intentive and full of energy, smiles and joy despite giving up there christmas day to make ours extra special. Food was 10/10 and we could not have been better looked after!!

Couldn't recommend it more. Richmond is a magical place and this is an gorgeous way to experience it. The hotel is beautiful, the room was everything you'd want and the bed was super comfy, the double glazing kept the noise out but meant we had a view of the beautiful square. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was enormous and also delicious. But it's the staff the elevate the King Head. Friendly, professional and very customer focussed. Highly recommend the Kings Head. We stayed just one night as a pitstop on a long haul down the A1(M). Too short!
