Rubbish!! Ordered online for family. When 30mins late had a call from delivery driver who couldn’t find our house. I explained how to get to us but he didn’t seem to understand/ listen and hung up! When I called back he didn’t answer! After several attempts phoning the branch someone eventually answered- no apology but told would sort it. Pizza never arrived and had to drive out to get food from elsewhere- a 3 hour delay to our family meal! Received no further correspondence from the branch and had to go through Dominos direct to get a refund. Appalling service and experience made even worse by lack of apology and no communication. Will not use again.
Ordered a pizza at 3:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon. 30 minutes later.....nothing. No text or email informing me of any delay. Called to ask about delivery only to be given a weak excuse about only having 1 driver who had sat nav problems. I live 1.5 miles from Ripon Domino's. Embarrassing clown company
Server couldn't be less arsed if he tried! I'm sorry our custom put you out!!! How is this place open? Reading all these poor reviews, it's got nothing good going for it!
Been here 3 times and had 3 wrong messed up orders. Staff here are useless
Had my food delivered... the driver sang to me... made my day!!
