A customer assistant was labelling all boxes of strawberries with 75% discount and he went away leaving it half way through. I took a couple of boxes with 30% as I didn’t have time to wait until he comes back. On the till they made up the strawberries were good enough for 75% discount and never gave me the proper discount. What a disgrace towards the customers!!
It was fine only wanted 3 items. Did our own check out .
Good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, some interesting alternative grain products . However often find that the fresh produce items have very short dates.

What an exceptional shopping experience I had today at Aldi in Ripon the checkout lady recognised I was struggling with a large shop, her name was Amanda she went out of her way to help me unprompted loaded all my shopping.I have never been in another Aldi with such first class service.
