Ashrigg is a large three bedroom first floor apartment (accessible only by stairs) which will comfortably sleep 5 people. Two, three and four day lets available outside peak periods. Up to 2 well behaved pets welcome. No smoking.

The apartment consists of a lounge, kitchen/dining area, house bathroom, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There is off road parking for one car and a garden. Full central heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Fittings include a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The fully tiled bathroom consists of a bath/shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.

It is an ideal property for use either as a holiday base, whilst staying in the area for shows or conferences or as temporary accommodation whilst moving home. Being on the east side it is very easy to get to Knaresborough, York and beyond. The Yorkshire Show Ground and Pavilions are within walking distance (less than 1 mile). The centre of Harrogate and the International Conference Centre are less than three miles away.

A large supermarket within walking distance. Also a public house a short walk away. A regular bus service operates between Harrogate and Knaresborough passing within a few hundred yards of the property.
Weekly rates include the provision of all bedding, kitchen towel/tea towels, gas, water and electric.
