The converted coach house is situated on the main Wetherby to Harrogate road. It is a detached property next to the owners house.

Converted from an original 19th century coach house, the property is light and airy with access via a front door and double french windows.

The coach house is on 2 floors, situated downstairs are, a large kitchen diner, a sitting room and downstairs cloaks with toilet and washbasin.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 full size single beds.

A large bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation.

Guests have their own outside area and use of outdoor furniture and charcoal bbq.

The property tariff includes gas and electricity and all bed linen and towels. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bath with shower over and a razor point.

Hair drier, iron and ironing board are provided.

Downstairs the sitting room houses comfortable leather sofas, a tv with sky and a selection of dvd's. Also a music system with a selection of cd's and a choice of books are available.

An up to date selection of leaflets detailing events, places of interest and suggestions for dining out are provided to make our guests stay complete.
