First time visitor and I was made very welcome. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. The gym is very well equipped. Not tried pool yet or saunas.

A lovely little gym with a swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub. Changing facilities are always clean and tidy, with shower gel, hair dryers, and plastic bags for wet swimwear provided. Lockers in the women’s changing room are operated with a pound coin or trolley coin. Staff and other gym goers/swimmers are always friendly. Good value for money - bit of a hidden treasure because it doesn’t get overly busy!

I'm not sure I should share this because I want to keep it free from crowds 🫣. But this tiny gym tucked away inside Holiday Inn is a lovely way to relax and unwind. It's not a big gym at all, its only got 3 treadmills, a few machines and a rack of dumbells. Some might argue that the work out area is not much bigger than some large living rooms. But this is not the point. The attraction is that it is small, unassuming but wait there is more. After your workout and a quick dip in the shower, it has a beautiful swimming pool, steam room, dry sauna and wait for it, a jacuzzi. As this is primarily for hotel guests it is best to pick the quiet times to relax. But for those who love to just chill at an incredible price, this is your place. As long as your expectations aren't the ritz. The staff are lovely, attentive, friendly and make you feel valued which is a dying art. The down side is due to a lack of investment and the changing rooms are on the third side, and unfortunately not massage or spa treatments. But this is highly recommended for around £40+ a month.

Great little gym and pool! Don’t come though. I’m happy having it all pretty much to myself. Shhh
