Ordered online a chicken and red onion pizza for 10 pound collection deal normally I go inside to order and pizza normally above ok. This time pizza was in a shocking state only seemed to be two staff working not there fault but can tell not much care given to quality. collected my pizza took it home to find its only red onion on my two topping pizza took it back and said no chicken. staff member pointed out I only ordered red onion, fair enough I though maybe a mistake when on website but offered no way to correct it and not really anytime to explain must of been a online error. THAT put aside even on a TWO TOPPING PIZZA DEAL the lack of red onion and overall state of the pizza is shocking dough bubbles everywhere destroying the experience of the pizza never ever will I order from dominos again. A multi million pound company which would love to keep happy returning customers. If a miss click on a website led to this then fair enough but the overall state and even at the price I can still get a lot more full and bang for my buck going to any takeaway privately owned establishment within a 10 minute walk and there are plenty . Thanks But never again.
These pizzas/orders are too expensive to be consistently wrong. Any pizzas with alterations, such as no tomato or an ingredient swap, will be ignored and just come as the default, or in one case have random additions that no one asked for. It'll be my last time ordering from here, it's not worth the money.
My pizzas are always on time, always hot and delivered with courtesy. Yum 😋
If I could have given 0 for service, I would have. Stood at the counter waiting g for my collection for 20 minutes. Not 1 staff member asked me what I was there for! Delivery driver was answering the phone as it was just ringing and ringing, they had no idea what to do once they had answered it either. I won't be back in a hurry
Whilst the food is holding up the rating of this review, I have a huge issue with booked orders. I specifically booked my delivery at a certain time due to work. My order arrived 25 mins early which fell within work time. The delivery driver was braying at the door and pressed the doorbell multiple times and was actually turned to walk away from the door when I opened it. In a world where lots of us work from home, management need to take seriously the timeslot booked for anything that isn’t chosen as “ASAP” - I could’ve even been at a shop until my time slot, and may never have known you’d already been before my booked time. Not the driver’s fault, but management need to do better if they’re going to have booked time slots because if you arrive outside of it, what’s the point of it?
