For a small CEX has too many of the same item and not enough choice, went in today to get a laptop, only 3 in the shop, of which were apple ones. Has way too much retro like how many people still have a ps2? This shop has more DVDs than games.

Brilliant shop we have been twice to buy a mobile phone and a VR. The lads in the shop took their time to explain grading and returns / warranty. Jean Claud showed us several phones and explained the pros and cons. Thanks will shop again 👍

When I paid for these second-hand earphones, I appreciated that they were not brand new, however the amount of dirt, dead skin and sebum squished into every crevice of both buds has me thoroughly disgusted. I know these devices are all tested, so why oh WHY are they not cleaned?!? Even a cursory wipe would've helped!!

Went yesterday for an iPhone charger but my phone had died to pay. Dude with a beard helped me with size of the cable I needed and also let me charge my phone so I could buy it. Didn’t catch his name but he had excellent customer service ! Thanks :) PS if the guy is reading this - the cable was about 2 arms lengths haha!
