Caramba Steakhouse

My partner and I, have been to most the Rodizio style restaurants in the local area (Leeds,selby and York) as it’s our favourite dining experience but and we have had good service in the past here but last time we came to Caramba, we barely got served and spent £80 only to leave hungry, I asked staff why we had been seeming cut off after about 30-40 minutes after sitting down and they informed us we had to “specify what we wanted” going onwards, which is a very bizarre ruling for a Ridizio as even there website states “we won’t stop serving you until you flip your card red”, it wasn’t particularly busy either, after then telling staff what food we wanted again (which was more or less anything at this point) we still got passed over and got offered meat twice more 30 minutes after telling staff our preference. This was a great let down as we have never had this issue at any other Rodizio or even from this local restaurant in the past but this totally soured it for us, to be in a Rodizio for almost two hours to get very minimal food , even after asking staff twice, and after emailing them directly explain the situation and them agree they want to “make things right” and would like to “discuss this further” only for me to reply to them to receive 0 follow up or reply. So not only bad night out but bad customer service received after the fact.

Fantastic meat for the value, asked for rare beef and rare we got. Drinks can come out slow, but a little reminder and they're on their way. Flavour of the meat are good. Knocked it down one star as the salad bar isn't great. But you can't have everything for a great value right! Been twice in a month would go back again Photos, the rare may look raw...But we requested it and it was perfect for us

Me and the family went here last night and it was a lovely time out!! Ricardo was a wonderful server who took care of our needs and made sure we all had what we wanted. The pineapple after all that meat is to die for!! Thank you for the lovely service and food.

My partner and I visited Caramaba Brazilian Steakhouse on a Sunday, attracted by the promise of a diverse salad bar and a variety of freshly prepared buffet meats. The restaurant ambiance was inviting, and we appreciated the intimate experience of being the only ones there - a strong highlight being the spiced pineapple 🍍 The salad bar did not disappoint, offering an array of options including cheesy mash, garlic bread, pasta, various vegetables, and nachos. It was a great start to our dining experience, and we were looking forward to sampling the buffet meats. However, our excitement waned when we encountered an issue with the preparation of the meats. Despite my partner's preference for well-done meat, I had expressed a desire for medium-rare, trusting the chef's recommendations. Unfortunately, both times my meat arrived, it was well done, contrary to my request. I brought this to the attention of the staff, hoping for a correction. Regrettably, even after requesting a second serving cooked to medium-rare, the meat still arrived well done. This inconsistency was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal. In conclusion, while Caramaba Brazilian Steakhouse offers a pleasant atmosphere and a varied selection of salad bar items and buffet meats, the inability to fulfill specific cooking preferences was a notable downside. Improved attention to customer requests and consistency in food preparation would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

Absolutely amazing place, if you like a lot of meat, and good meat, the best meat, this is the place to come. We had 13 different types of meat delivered to the table, without any delay, fresh from the grill/oven. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they want to give you all the meat! Had a laugh with our waiter. 3 times here now, always a lovely experience.
