Dough Outta Selby

Absolutely shocking. We ordered food from here about a month ago through just eat. one of the pizzas was completely burnt upon arrival. Delivery took nearly two hours (an hour over the original stated time). Despite being burnt, the food was somehow cold when it arrived. I contacted them directly to try to handle it without leaving a review but I was met with argumentative behaviour. Gregory, the director basically tried to blame us because we had to reheat it (as it was cold) and made excuses that the “delivery times are estimated”, etc etc. He was extremely condescending and didn’t try to help or find a resolution at all. We couldn’t figure out how to request a full refund on just eat and so we’d requested a partial refund. Gregory said, and I quote, “Are you wanting me to issue a full refund? My problem is that you 'have accepted through just eight a partial refund. At my end I cannot issue anymore as the payment though just eat as you have agreed to accept this.” I explained that it only allowed us to choose one item for a refund, when we’d ordered multiple. He then said he'd “see what he could do and get back to you”. That was on the 17th of October and I’ve heard nothing since and have not been refunded. I’ve messaged twice asking for an update and been left on read. Completely appalling behaviour. We would have given them a second chance but the way they’ve handled it has been atrocious. Beware!

DOG POO PIZZA This how this place should be called .Absolutely disgusting.We ordered through Justeat the food was 20 minutes late arrived stone cold .The “MEATBALL”pizza was the worst food I have ever eaten in my life inedible ,something which looks like meatballs was so hard nearly broke my tooth. Tried to call the place but they put you straight to a voicemail no chance to speak with anyone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE

Unfortunately, my partner and I were very underwhelmed with our takeaway from Dough. The Quesadilla was tasteless and greasy; the taco shells were stale and the meat in all our dishes was dry. Most dishes arrived cold as well, which made for a generally poor experience. Disappointing as this is our second time ordering and our second let down. We really want to support a local business but will probably not order again.

Mouldy buffalo fries for £4.00 and orderd two cans of american a&w root beer for £5.00 and recived two cans of cheep lidle pop made in kettering the bugers were wrong having paid an etra £3.00 for them to be doubles recived singles and low and behold all flat cold avoid this place- 5 guys prices mcdonals quality

The food is decent, but the last few times I've ordered for delivery, the order's been accepted and then cancelled as it's come up to the estimated delivery time. Disappointed, just poor service really.
