Lucky Star is a true treasure! The food is consistently fresh, bursting with flavour, and cooked to perfection. Every dish tastes authentic and delicious – from the crispy starters to the rich and aromatic main courses. You can genuinely sense the quality and care infused into each meal. The customer service at Lucky Star is outstanding. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. Orders are prepared swiftly, and everything arrives hot, tasty, and exactly as expected. I highly recommend Lucky Star to anyone who loves superb Chinese cuisine and excellent service. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had cause to complain about the food from this take away.I am writing this review from my bed, where I have been since Saturday evening. I ordered Duck and mushrooms and to be truthful it tasted ok at the time,but 3 hours later I brought the whole lot back up.It didn’t end there.From9:00pm to 6am I was bringing up Bile about every half hour.You can imagine how my stomach felt. You could say it was my own fault having already had a bad experience ,but I do believe in giving people a second chance.Im afraid this is the last chance,I will not be using this takeaway ever again,they could really need a check by the food standards agency.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Absolutely disgusting food chicken was chewy and freezing, beef was in tomato sauce instead of sweet and sour the customer service is horrible! WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.
