I have been a few times already so you could say I'm a fan! Absolutely gorgeous breakfast dishes and so deceptively filling. Personal favourite is the smoked salmon and scrambled egg on sour dough. Highly recommend. I can also confirm that Sunday lunch and steak night are both good value and absolutely delicious. The homemade soup and sauces were so tasty and absolutely topped it for me.
Ste recently catered for our wedding in a venue next to his restaurant and his food was excellent, everyone commented throughout the day how good the canapés, and food was throughout the day. We have eaten here before within the restaurant too, and the food has always been absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!
First time visiting today, and we were really impressed with the Sunday lunch, great portion sizes, lovely and hot, proper roast spuds and the yorkshire puds were amazing. Good amount of meat also. Shall definitely be back. A true hidden gem !!!
Went tonight with my husband and mother in law the soup was amazing and the turkey dinner was beautifully cooked & veg was lovely well worth the money on the festive pre order menu
Attended this fabulous place regularly and never disappointed The food is absolutely delicious Home made chips are fantastic The steaks are cooked to perfection I had the beef wellington and it was absolutely delicious Better than mess dinner nights in the military so I can’t give higher praise My wife and I adore the steak baguettes too as well as the Sunday lunches Prices are excellent too Service is friendly and polite Speedy too A fantastic dining experience Highly recommend
