I have been a regular customer a while ago and today I ordered a meal for 4 us included small kids. The delivery took over an hour but thats fine but when opened the food, the chow main chicken wasnt cooked properly and the starter chicken skewers where Raw inside no chicken should taste like sponge, awfull taste and texture, kids where crying over it I did call the restaurant and complain to them for them to say there is nothing that they can do about it, very abrupt over the phone so I explained again that this is uncooked meat that potencially could do a harm and I am willing to come to restaurant to prove it that the meal that I paid is not ready to consume yet again I was told thats fine you can come down but there is nothing that can be done, so I offered a official complain to a food standard and then I was told to listen and and got an offer to replace my meal but that could take upto 2 hours coz there isnt enough drivers, after this I just want to say please stay away this place went down hill and no worth the money for something that you can not eat, bad attitude and more....never ever again....good luck I hope your restaurant will close down soon coz I wont leave this like that

Had a notification to call the takeaway , when I did I was greeted with ‘it’s on its way’ then hung up. Ordered from here for the last year, no more! Food gone downhill too! Don’t waste your money and staff need to learn some manners… no need!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We use these and always spend a fair bit of money. This time we ordered for 5 of us and food came 2 and a half hours later and was wrong. Missing my sons main meal. They insisted it was in the bag when it was not and then said it would be over an hour to get his food to him but just the missing part, not the chips that went with it or the fried rice. We were not going to reheat the chips or the rice after paying £60 for fresh food. Guy on the phone never apologised and faranky I felt like an inconvenience, What a joke, will be using other people from now on, do not use these, they do not care.

Best crispy beef in Selby. The other dishes have all been really good quality too. The most impressive customer service. Always very polite. They even got my order wrong once (sent chicken instead of beef). It was delicious anyway so I wasn’t going to say anything and just enjoy it. Five minutes later they phoned to say they delivered chicken instead of beef and asked if I wanted the beef delivering straight away or adding to my next order. They brought it straight away with extra prawn crackers too! Thank you from Lordship Farm x

Very disappointed as the delivery took over nearly 2 hours! And when they was on their way they couldn’t find my house although they passed it several times. Normally the service is wonderful but this one time it was shocking and the driver was quite rude. I get that it is raining and late at night but the 1 hour and 30 minutes wait was not needed. I hope next time I order it is better. Thank you…
