Very good value for money and located near to Abbey and shops.
Avoid. Do not use this car park. I bought a valid ticket but nearly 4 weeks later Parking eye tried to fine me £60 for not having bought a ticket. Luckily I still had the parking ticket as evidence. Can't give zero star rating. Cowboys.
Took my son to the dentist, he's disabled, parked in the disabled parking bay and put his badge up on the dash, just received a £100 fine.
Absolute disgrace. Parked here for 1 hr 56 and paid for 2 hours. Had all the proof and appealed. They rejected the appeal as the ticket machine only printed out the last three characters of my number plate. I entered the full plate. Not my fault at all yet still charged me.
Not many people seem to know of this car park and its very handy for the shops around the Market Cross area in the town centre. Best thing is, if you are using Wetherells for any shopping, they knock the price of the car park off any purchases you make.
