Wasted my time and cost me over £3,000. Invoiced me for the work they didn't do as originally agreed. Advised me that one of their staff would be coming off maternity leave and would be doing my bookkeeping, later found out it would be April which would be 4 months away. When questioned they said it is their 'statutory right', but didn't have anyone in place of their absence. Claimed they sorted my VAT return, however it was my year end accountant who prepared everything. All the work they haven't done I have had to pay someone else to do, uploading sales and purchasing invoices to Sage, bank reconciliations etc. They somehow managed to lose a month's worth of purchase invoices so we have had to contact each supplier to get copies. The list goes on...
They don't reply to emails...
