Top Cut Barber

A good cut at a great price, me and my son dropped in here the staff were quiet but friendly, it is cash only so I left my son to get his hair cut while I went to get cash, when I came back 5 minutes later he was about finished and it was a great cut. Definitely come back here again.

Sadly I had a similar experience to others. I am not into 5 star or 1 star reviews and nothing in the middle so I have tried to be fair. I had allowed my hair to grow into a mop for more that 4 months as I wanted a longer style. I told the guy I wanted to keep the length at the back and that I wanted slightly shorter sides but wanted it thinned to take the 'weight' out on top. So, the young guy took the shears and run them straight up the back of my head twice to 5cm short of my crown...and there was my hair...on the floor. I had no option but to go with it and the cut he did was decent enough and my wife liked it but...IT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I am not sure the guys English was that good and I have paid the price. My advice...make absolutely sure the guy knows what you want...or go elsewhere. Sorry Top Cut.

Don’t know now to cut here and nothing short of ignorance

While up North visiting family I made the mistake of coming here to get a quick fade done before meeting my friends. I can't stress enough that's all I asked for. While the barber was doing my hair, he suddenly decided to take the clippers and ran them over my moustache! I had spent a long time growing it into something that flowed nicely into my beard, and this idiot in an instant turned it into a buzzcut. He never asked if I wanted this, he just did it on a whim. It completely destroyed the look of my beard. Later when I met my friends they all found it hilarious and said I now look like a nutcase. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this place. I certainly will never be back.

Asked for 2 back and sides and eyebrow height off the top. They cut way too short and the fringe is diagonal. Never again
