Only reason I gave an extra star is that the ladies are nice. Had manicure and pedicure and am not impressed at all with the result. Very sloppy work, gel polish stained my finger tips, the therapist cut my skin when cutting my cuticles, rough use of nail file that it just scratched my skin and it stung. Didn't even get my finger nails soaked as how they usually would in other nail salon. Reason being if the nails are wet, gel may not last long (I never had any issue with this before, so not sure about this argument); plus she did soak my toes before putting the gel, so why the difference? She was all over the place. I didn't have the heart to tell her I wasn't happy plus I just wanted to get it done quickly hoping she wouldn't cause more bleeding. I feel like I am wasting £60 since I have to get my nails redone now.

I’ve visited the beauty salon a few times now for waxing appointments. Service has always been great, completed to a great standard & I’ve always left happy with the results. The staff are always lovely & friendly too. I’ll be booking in again 🙂

I've booked the holiday package twice this year and had great experiences both times! Each booking was with a different therapist but both girls, and everyone else i interacted with whilst in the salon were lovely. Really put me at ease for any treatments I hadn't had before, were really chatty and made it a pleasant experience all around. The Luxury holiday package is an excellent deal, I would definitely book it again and would consider coming here for individual treatments in the future too.

Have used the salon several times in the past 18 months. Booked an appointment in person a few days before. When I arrived I was told there was no room available for my treatment. Very disappointed. I was asked to come back a couple of hours later but I wasn't able to do that. No further offer of booking so I left.
