After being a loyal client of charlottes for several years. And being mobilty impared .needing to rely on others to get me to her appointments. Dealing with last minute changes to set appointment times . Or very last minute cancellations. The last appointment cancellation was the final straw . The evening before appointment due,No apology no suitable reschedule established and no communication after the event. Previous appointments have been professional and Charlotte is very good at what she does. Just communication and management is lacking and for me this is important.

I’ve been coming to Charlotte for a wax for over a year, She is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous at first but Charlotte has to be one of the most welcoming people I’ve met and she puts you at ease the moment you walk into the room ☺️

Charlotte has totally swayed me to the waxing world! After many years of razor burn, itching and having to shave weekly.. To now one very quick and easy appointment every 4 weeks and I will never go back. I initially booked in whilst pregnant and chickened out last minute, then a few months later I booked again and felt so silly for cancelling that first appointment! Your in and out in 10 minutes max, Charlotte makes you feel so comfortable without even trying I would recommend her to everyone!

Charlotte is by far the best in the business. I was so nervous for my first appointment but Charlotte couldn’t have been more lovely and really put me at ease. Fast forward a few sessions and it’s like going to have a catch-up with a friend, just with your kit off 😂 would recommend to absolutely anybody, the loveliest loveliest girl 🫶🏼

Charlotte is amazing at what she does, very efficient and the results are always perfect. She is the loveliest lady, really friendly, makes you feel at ease and comfortable within yourself. I would never go anywhere else!
