Very happy with my experience renting a car for a week from here. Service from Maia including local pick up was excellent. Peugeot 2008 was in great condition and clean.
Very efficient service. I met a lovely lady called Hannah she delivered my hire car to me in person and explained everything with ease 10/10
Josh was absolutely amazing !! He was so kind and genuine , most importantly he helped me so much with my situation ! Staff training here is definitely a 10/10 !
Great support from the team. Solution were found when issues presented them selves. A flexible approach was used when negotiating vehicle & hire rates. My insurance had car cover for 3d - being 6’1 the car offered wasn't fit for purpose the mini was far to small. The was soon realised and changed.
Hired a luton van 3 weeks before needing it last year to move house,when i got there they said they did not have a van? They told me head office had not sent one as they were all booked out. There were other people also there that had the same issue.They did not help any of us to find a replacement either .I need a van shortly but would advise anyone who is looking at using enterprise to look elsewhere as it seems they double book them out in case someone cancels
