Since recently moving to Selby, I've had two appointments with Paul, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Paul is an exceptional professional: highly communicative and always providing a great service. He genuinely goes the extra mile to check all expectations are met. Thanks to him, my feet are now in perfect condition and ready for my hiking weekend! Highly recommended.

My appointment was thorough, professional, and very calm. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first visit to a chiropodist, but Paul explained everything as he went along. The result was excellent, and I will have no hesitation in going back.

I visited with Paul today for my first appointment, as my feet were in need of attention! Paul dealt with any issues I had with ease, and I have to say that I felt like I was walking on air when I left. Thank you Paul, I look forward to seeing you again in 3 months time.

I had been struggling for a couple of years with trying to cut my toenails. My wife tried and made my feet bleed and suggested I go to a Chiropodist. I Googled and found Abbey Place Clinic in Selby. As I only live about 3 miles away. I gave them a ring to book an appointment. Paul Lambert answered the phone whose business it is and he assured me he would take a look at my distressed toenails the following week after checking his appointment book. I was a bit apprehensive and embarrassed about going on the morning of my appointment, but I needn't have been as immediately meeting Paul he put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I filled a questionnaire in and Paul immediately started to work his magic. He was talkative throughout and responsive to my questions. within a few minutes my feet started to feel much better, there was no pain whatsoever. After about 20 minutes Paul creamed my feet in Johnsons Baby Lotion, at first it tickled then it was pure heaven. Once dry Paul put my socks on my feet and said now for the painful bit.(Payment). I asked him how much, he said £45. I was very happy with this as I could claim half back from the hospital fund. I asked Paul if he wanted paying cash or card, he immediately replied. Cash is King, that is the best £45 I have ever spent. I shook his hand and he wished me a good day. As I was walking back to the car park it was like walking on air. the best my feet had felt in years. I highly recommend Paul.

First time I've ever been to a podiatrist. Had ingrowing toenail that had got steadily worse over the months. The guy got the tiny corner out that had burried itself quie deep. He was really kind, checking I was OK throughout. It hurt a bit but was worth it to get that relief from the pain I'd been in for some time. He knew exactly what he was doing, I trusted him completely. Thanku. 😊
