Recently changed doctors and my days are they rubbish. They seem to be like a call centre and fob you off to other places...because they cannot be bothered to actually help. Do your job -- some of us work and not sponging off the government to sit in A&E for 5 hours. Shouldn't be so hard to get an appointment - my last was able to do it all online, they called you within a day and got you on either the day or within that week.

Terrible gp practice, phoned at 8 am then called back once it was my turn in the queue. To be told they weren’t seeing anyone and I would have to make my own way to the hospital. The hospital that was obviously now over ran with patients, told the wait time was over 3 hours. So sending people with a chest infection when they have a respiratory disease into a crowded hospital waiting room for over 3 hours? No medication received and no help whatsoever and left to fend for yourself. Disgraceful and not fit for purpose.

Great care from the doctors and nurses in this practice. Reception were always friendly and able to get appointments when needed.

Had a midwife appointment at 9am, checked in at reception but waited 20mins. Returned to reception only to be told that the midwife was not in yet and that she didn’t have a list. Why she didn’t tell that when I first arrived, I don’t know. Don’t know what she checked off when she told me to sit down. Absolutely useless woman.
