Liam and his colleague recently fitted an EV charger to our new home. Communication was great from the start and both Liam and his colleague provided a great service. Would very much recommend this company :)

Where to start? Unprofessional. Paid for the service, job was left a messy / unfinished, and a hole in our wall... and we are now being ignored? We originally contacted this company as we were looking for a reliable electrician to install some outdoor lights. In the beginning, Liam was quick to reply. He came down and gave us a quote on 21st Jan & also mentioned he could sort out an extractor fan in our bathroom - great, we thought. Was told it'd take about half a day. He sent one of his lads (Oscar) down to carry out the work on the 25th, but he was unable to finish and also came down another day to get the lights on the wall. He told us Liam would be down a different day to tidy/finish up the wire work & patch up a hole that was drilled through to our dining room wall (which he (Oscar) apologised for). Didn't hear back from Liam till over 2 weeks later (17th Feb), to say sorry for the delay, that he had to let Oscar go, and that he'll be down to finish the work next week. We said that's fine & no worries... but that week never came and we have not heard back from him since - despite messaging him at least twice. Liam doesn't have a problem posting and advertising how they're 'so dedicated to our clients' and offering 'Trusted 5 services', yet we've not heard back from him since 17TH FEB? Not one for leaving bad reviews, as we're all for supporting small businesses, BUT given the way that Liam ignores paying clients - we would NOT recommend at all. Pictures attached.

Liam came and quoted me to fit an electric charge point for my home . Really clean job and checked back in to reconfirm all was ok a few weeks later . Would use again happily
