After my partner suddenly died , my sister in law recommended Grundy's. Phoned in the early hours , came with in a hour . Very respectful of circumstances. Complexed situation , with estranged family but dealt with everything really professional. Always answered the phone and dealt with everything perfectly. I was absolutely devastated but felt confident with all my requests 100 % . Thank U for making things less stressful and not feeling U was just a number.

Our family have used their services 3 times now. Each time has been seemless. Nothing is too much trouble. Martin and Paul guide you through every step. Great people to deal with, so kind, considerate and so professional.

From the first connection with Grundy's, they were nothing but kind, professional and extremely sensitive to what was a traumatic event. The two gentleman that collected my husband, were calm and kind. Martin then steered me through the whole process. I cannot recommend this wonderful team highly enough. Most of us, don't have any idea how to navigate our way through this, but put your trust in Martin, Paul and the 'lads' and make it as easy as it can be. We sadly lost our mum on Christmas Eve. Grundy’s were brilliant through the whole process of making arrangements. My mum wanted a direct funeral with no fuss which was perfect for her. They also attended to my Dad 5 years ago. I can’t thank Grundy’s enough for everything. I would like to mention Martin. He’s the nicest gentleman. Always at the other end of the phone if you need to talk to them. I know my mum and dad were both treated with respect which they truly deserved. It’s comforting knowing they were looked after so well before they were laid to rest.

The staff, at this family-run business, were not only friendly & kind but also incredibly supportive & considerate during such a difficult time. They treated my Mum & our family with the utmost respect & care, making sure every detail was handled with compassion & professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
