We have used NFU for a couple of years now. Amy has always provided us with great customer service. Super prompt with email queries and face to face meetings at renewal time. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We have recently claimed on our windscreen cover and i have to say the process was totally stress free and payment was received the very next day. 1st class service from both Amy & Marie, thank you!
