I’ve been to this place a few times now since July this year. They’re so friendly in there and as someone with autism who struggles a lot with the sensory issues of having my nails touched they are very gentle and quick that I can sit for the hour :) and come out with gorgeous nails xx

I usually go to a different salon for my toenails doing, however I didn’t book in time for a holiday and needed them doing last minute. Lesson learnt as now two of my nails have fallen off and one looks compromised. I felt the man doing my nails kept filing and filing with the e-file for much longer than necessary, and has now damaged the nail. Really disappointed.

Poor customer service, rude staff and rushed nails! I had my nails done at golden today, I walked out of the salon and they were bumpy, misshapen and there was a huge gap between the gel polish and my cuticle. I wasn’t happy with the result so i returned to the salon and asked for them to be re done. The man was very rude and made it out to be my fault he made a mess of my nails, he kept tutting at me and was extremely rude. He also started talking about me to other members of staff. I’ve been a loyal customer to golden nails for some time but won’t be retuning after this experience.

Really disappointed. I have been a few times and had good experiences however today the guy doing my nails was SO rude and made me very uncomfortable. Pulling my hands, slamming tools down, sighing and tutting throughout and no effort to speak/ say hello etc I accidentally smudged my nails and he rolled his eyes and tutted at me - it was an accident and not a major deal. Just really poor service and a shame as I have liked it here previously.

Myself and my daughter had full set of acrylics and pedicure costing £145 safe to say we will not be going back they are pig ignorant don't have the colours u need we showed pictures of what we wanted and our nails was nothing like our pictures we are not happy at all 😡
