I cannot believe the difference in service since this chemist changed ownership. I used to wait days and there always seemed to be some mix up between the surgery and chemist. Now I request online and am receiving text notification that I can collect my prescription the same day. It is so much more efficient. Thank you! The staff are much friendlier too.

Pleasantly surprised to get a same day ear irrigation appointment. Staff were caring and proficient in taking me through it for the first time. All done successfully within about 5 mins from entering the room.

Went in to pick up a prescription. Waited a short while at the counter while a couple of staff members drank their coffees. Got served from a staff member who was running around in the back area and looked hot and bothered but friendly. However the pharmacist who was consulted over the prescription was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. In the end I was sick of the attitude so I departed. Very disappointing service which deserves the poor review which for me is very unusual.

I have an elderly neighbour who struggles to get to the doctors to order and collect her prescriptions. Me and the neighbour have both been and asked for help in getting her medication ordered and delivered. Staff unhelpful and made such a fuss saying this was not available. I went to ark pharmacy and they have been fantastic. It took all of 3 min to sort this for her. Shame on you rowlands. You need to improve your customer service........

Rude, unhelpful and utterly officious. Staff should be here to help and advise, sadly the opposite was experienced. Might I suggest some training on customer care? Safe to say, we are using another pharmacy from now on.
