Selby Post Office

I have been using this branch of PO almost everyday for a few months now. I haven't had one bad experience, all my parcels have arrived without issues, the staff are always friendly and efficient. It's a thankless job but I just want them to know I appreciate you 👍

Selby post office is everything a post office should be, the staff are friendly and efficient and always happy to help with the usual wide array of post office services. The opening times unlike many post offices are great and so you can almost always get what you need to do sorted at a time to suit you. Very pleased with the Selby post office unlike other post offices locally which are very unpleasant to visit.

3 staff in, 1 counter open with huge queue. Terrible service. Wouldn't use it if there was an alternative. What has happened to the post office. It's turned into a money grabbing company, and all sense of service to the public has left the building, much like Elvis! Can't give zero stars so one will have to do.

They Lost my parcel which there was evidence it was signed for by one of them. The women behind the counter could not care less or accept responsibility and tried to blame it on to the other depo. I was told not come back because i was frustrated about it. It was not a cheap parcel

That's the last time I use this Post Office. Waited eleven minutes this morning to post one parcel. Three members of staff behind the counter, yet only one person serving, despite the fact there were eight customers queueing. Surely the most important job is actually serving customers. Everything else can wait until it's quiet. It should be all hands on deck. I will be going elsewhere in future.
