Extremely unprofessional and distressing experience I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors. I attended their office to raise a serious concern regarding a potential conflict of interest, as I believed the firm had been involved on both sides of a court matter between myself and another individual. This is not a trivial issue and required sensitivity, professionalism, and respect. Instead, while I was visibly distressed and trying to explain my concerns in person (due to having no mobile phone reception), I was met with behaviour that I found humiliating and upsetting. A solicitor openly laughed, pointed at me, and appeared to find the situation amusing. This left me feeling mocked, dismissed, and completely unsupported at a time when I was already under significant emotional strain. I found the conduct entirely inappropriate for a legal practice, particularly one dealing with family and court-related matters where clients are often vulnerable. I expected empathy, discretion, and professionalism — none of which were shown during my visit. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to consider carefully before engaging this firm. How clients are treated when they raise concerns says a lot about a company’s values, and unfortunately mine was handled in a way I found shocking and unacceptable. Further edit: on the day of the dispute; there had been no court case as your solicitors failed to let know there was a court date. I firmly believe if there was any criminal damage the police would have arrested me on site . Your staff members can be seen in the photo belly laughing at my circumstances. Not to mention the women in question wouldn’t let me into the building because I’m a ‘gypsy’ the police have been informed on the racial profiling matter and I strongly suggest anyone who is reading this to please fact check their review. Your firm is an embarrassment to the law sector and I hope the police come down on you with serious scrutiny. Facts; The court case was 24 hours after the incident in the office. I will now attach the phone call to 999 that happened when the staff locked me into the building. @crombie Wilkinson, can you please confirm when the court case was when my concern was dealt with? After the incident. Blatant lies. Also the company has blocked me from all social media’s and phone calls to prevent me reviewing the form anymore. Additional edit: I have proof that the court case that was dealt with was after the incident. Evidence shows this. It also shows how your incapable solicitors can’t even let people know there is a court hearing. Shambolic. Please Crombie Wilkinson, please attach any evidence that proves what you are saying is the truth.

Conveyancing for a piece of land that i was trying to buy has taken two years so far with no completion date in sight, very poor to deal with and same answers given that its not them it is the sellers soliciters that ate the problem, will have to look for another solicitor.

Can highly recommend Crombie Wilkinson. We had a great experience with them recently in the sale of our mum’s bungalow. Rebecca was brilliant. Very professional, prompt, communicative and understanding. Thank you to her and all there.

My parents have recently used Darren Norgate to obtain Power of Attorney for themselves and the process has been made much easier and stress free thanks to him. I have worked alongside Darren professionally for many years so my first instinct when the job needed to be done was to go to him. thanks for your help Darren.

Was contacted regarding been left in a god father's will on a Friday. I was told I would be sent an email regarding documents to sign the following Monday. No documents received so I called and told the receptionist of the solicitor would call me back, they called back quick enough and said they would be out shortly. That was over a week ago and still not seen no sign of this email. Not a great start to the relationship. Edit: I have amended my review to reflect recent updates. Strangely enough after this review I received an email. I've left this at 3 stars for now, as 1. there we're no documents in the email as previously advised and our transaction is yet to be complete. I will update more as this progresses.
