I have just completed a purchase using Elmhirst Parker, Abbey Yard, Selby and I can't believe how amazing Siobhan and the team were. From the initial contact right until moving day, she provided a very professional and effective service. Communication was second to none and responded immediately to email and phone calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend them for any of your solicitor needs!
Fantastic service by Siobhan Clay for very reasonable fees. We Incorporated at the beginning of 2023 and so far Siobhan has successfully transferred SIX properties with HM Land Registry, and Completed on FIVE mortgages. Siobhan is now about to begin working on two more mortgages and another transfer. She always responds swiftly and precisely to emails and addresses all concerns. We have been delighted with the wonderful service and hope to work with Siobhan and Elmhirst Parker for many more years.

Very pleased with conveyance service by Gill Bennett at Selby Elmhirst Parker. Very responsive and excellent communication she spotted a problem that I think a less conscientious person would not have. Clear explanations at all times. Costs were surprisingly reasonable too. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good, clear service.
